Meet The Team

 

Mr. Pete Peterson is the founder of SYNGINC, Corp. and has practiced extensively as a Senior Telecom Design Engineer and Project Manager for 22 years. Mr. Peterson has designed and managed construction projects for resorts, restaurants, medical centers, retail outlets, universities, office buildings, recreational facilities, data centers hospitals & healthcare, industrial buildings, and warehouse buildings.

Mr. Peterson is responsible for the design and engineering for the customer outside plant and telecommunication systems for a variety of projects. He is involved in the low voltage distribution designs from the schematic design phase through construction administration. Mr. Peterson provides experience in project management, construction administration, scheduling and cost estimating.

Mr. Peterson specializes in the design of state-of-the-art, structured cabling systems for voice, data, video, fire, paging, sound, security and related systems. Mr. Peterson is a trainer and a leader in the telecommunications industry.

Mr. Joseph Wilson is a highly skilled draftsman and geographer and has been studying and using CAD and GIS systems for 23 years. He is currently the lead CAD Designer for SYNGINC, Corp. Mr. Wilson has worked extensively on projects in telecommunications, land development, transportation, urban and regional planning, environmental permitting, and utility mapping.

Mr. Wilson is responsible for taking telecom design concepts and creating construction drawings and documentation for cost estimating and permitting. He works with urban land planners to develop comprehensive plans and document parcel annexations for local municipalities. Mr. Wilson works with local city departments to locate and inventory utility lines and assets. He works with private landowners to design and develop plans for agriculture and industry.

Christopher Lovett has over 20 years of experience in the design, specification, and construction of commercial electrical and telecommunication systems. His experience ranges from designing power and lighting distribution systems for both medium and low voltages, and telecommunications infrastructure design. Projects include extensive electrical engineering and design experience in custom homes, hospitality, government, medical, office, retail, high-rise, and educational facilities. Mr. Lovett is involved in the electrical and low voltage distribution designs from the schematic design phase through construction administration. He provides a wide range of experience in project management, construction administration, scheduling, and cost estimating.

Brian Patalon has 18 years of experience working in the Architectural Building Industry. He has contributed to the design of multiple, large scale hotel and casino resorts, as well as smaller office buildings and retail outlets. Mr. Patalon has performed every position of the design process, from project manager to AutoCAD drafter, and understands how designs are implemented to drawings. He has worked exclusively on design teams with multiple disciplines and provides valuable support in design coordination.

In addition to being an avid advocate for design technologies, Brian specializes in technical and complex designs including large multi-use hospitality resorts; restaurant design; high-rise buildings and smoke management; retail, and office/warehouse.
